Second stop while we were in Newcastle was Glee Coffee Roasters. My friend said that this cafe has one of the best coffees. It was so unexpected to see a vegan scroll for sale at this cafe, so of course I had to try it.
Hands down, it was the best vegan scroll I have ever eaten in my entire life! Nic still dreams about this scroll and we always talk about how we need to go back to Glee Coffee Roasters just for that scroll. We have recently found out that they are no longer in Newcastle and now in Erina Heights, Central Coast. Also located in Chapman, Central Coast. Hopefully they still sell the vegan scrolls! If anyone has any recommendations on the best vegan scrolls that they've eaten, leave me a comment below!
