Vegan and Vegetarian paella.
These are a few shots taken from the Winter Magic Festival in Katoomba earlier this year.As you can see the highlight of my day was discovering that there was vegan gluten free paella! It was simply amazing and I still think about it! I actually got to see more of the stalls this year, as opposed to last year where I hung out mostly at the mini doof party that was happening in one of the streets. I did find it again this year, it was in a different location. Overall, the festival was pretty good and I can't wait for next year.
