I went to this exhibition last year in March - this post is a year overdue, I know, but better late than never I guess. It was my first time seeing Chuck Close's work. What I liked most about his portraits was the amount of detail put into it. From afar it doesn't look like much, but when you step closer, there a whole world of detail and it's amazing!
